JCM –TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT LTD is a private Limited Company providing professional Technical Safety Engineering support to the Onshore and Offshore Process and Drilling Industries.  We have extensive practical “hands on” knowledge to support our engineering design and safety experience that make us the company to contact first when you need innovative , cost effective solutions to complex problems.

JCM –TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT was established in the early 1980’s and was actively involved in the post Piper Alpha Safety Case Regime.  The Company has continued  consultancy work in Technical Safety with  assignments  ranging from Legislative compliance, Verification and Loss Prevention, to Project Support Roles in large multi disciplined EPIC Design projects.   
 

Although the company can provide all levels of Technical Safety and Loss Prevention expertise  we focus on the following areas.

  • Hazard Identification and Assessment : [ HAZID/HAZAN]
  • Onshore and Offshore UKCS Safety Legislation Compliance.
  • Expert Witness.  (Technical and Legislative support to Solicitors)
  • Planning and Co-Ordination
  • Project and Commercial Risk Assessment using Monte Carlo Simulation techniques.
  • Projects involving very high well pressures and  /or very high levels of Hydrogen Sulphide [H2S]
